5 eggs
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoon melted and cooled butter
1 1/3 all purpose flour
1 teaspoon pure vanila extract
pinch of salt

Preheat the oven 350 degrees. Butter the baking pan. Set aside.
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Whisk the whites in a separate bowl with the half of the sugar. Put the mixture in the frige. Put the yolks in a bowl, add the sugar. Then set the bowl over a pot of a simmering water and beat teh yolks. About 2 minutes. It helps sugar to melt quickly. Remove and starte whisking with an electric mixer. THe mass should doulble in size and become pale in color and floffy. Beat on high speed. Transfer the whites into the yolks mixture gradually beating with the mixer. Sift the flour 4 times. Then add into the mxture in three portions. Fold in the flour very carefully with a spatula. At the end add the melted, cooled butter. Gently pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45-60 minutes until it becomes golden brown. Don't open the oven while baking. This is a very sensitive cake. To test if the cake is ready stick the middle of the cake with a wooden tooth pick. if it comes out clean then the cake is ready. Let it cool for an hour on a rack. Cut the cake with a cake leveler. Frost with your favorite berries, fruit and cream. sTo finish the decoration have some choclate on the cake.
